Sequence & show tracking

Run the show.
Not a spreadsheet.

Track every song, vendor, and prop add-on across every season — so when a vendor sends an update or the calendar flips to a new year, you know exactly what needs attention.

Everything scattered across notes, texts, and memory
Multi-show

Christmas, Halloween, whatever's next

Every song belongs to a show — Christmas, Halloween, or anything you add later — and you can filter down to just one at a time without losing sight of the rest of your library.

Vendors & add-ons

Mix vendors per prop, per song

Main sequence from one vendor, a mega tree cut from another, a moving-head sequence you built yourself — each element tracks its own source, so nothing gets mixed up at render time.

Season-over-season

Know what still needs work

Re-render everything, every year. Statuses carry a full history by season, so you can see at a glance what's rendered, what's in progress, and what hasn't been touched yet for the year ahead.

Vendor updates

Catch it when a vendor revises a sequence

Log the date a vendor last updated a sequence. If that date is newer than the last time you rendered it, the tracker flags it — so vendor update emails stop getting lost.

Single user for now. This site currently runs as your own private tracker — nothing you enter is shared with anyone else. Multi-user login for other light show hobbyists is on the roadmap; when that lands, your existing data will carry over.
